  No, each gift card code can only be used once. The full value of the package will be applied when the code is redeemed.
• Do gift cards expire?
  No, our gift cards never expire. The recipient can use them whenever they're ready to create their AI-generated headshots.
• What if I buy the wrong package?
  Each gift card is specific to the package purchased (Starter, Pro, or Premium). The recipient will receive exactly what's included in that package.
• How will I receive the gift card?
  After successful payment, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page showing your unique gift card code. You can copy this code and share it with the recipient.
• What style of photos will I receive?
  Once your AI model is trained, you can select different styles from the Create tab. Each time you generate a photo in a selected style, you'll receive 4 different variants in that style. This allows you to experiment with various looks and choose your favorites.
• How long does it take to generate the photos?
  The process happens in two steps: First, we train your AI model which takes 15-25 minutes. After that, you can generate photos anytime, with each generation taking just 1-2 minutes to create 4 variants.
• Do you offer refunds?
  Yes, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your photos' quality. You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• What payment methods do you accept?
  We process all transactions using Stripe. You can pay using credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

  Before training a model, we recommend reading our guide to ensure the best possible results. Following our guidelines for photo submissions will help ensure that your generated photos are of the highest quality.
• Who can use my photos and what about privacy?
  Your photos are exclusively yours. We prioritize your privacy and automatically delete all generated photos from our database after 30 days. The photos you generate are for your personal use only and won't be shared with or accessible to anyone else.
• What if my generated photos don't look like me?
  If you follow our instructions for selecting training images, you should get around 80% usable photos that look like you. We continuously update our models to improve accuracy. If you have doubts before starting, feel free to message us for guidance.
• Will the AI learn my unique characteristics?
  Yes, our AI is excellent at understanding and replicating what makes you unique. You can also fine-tune specific features when generating images, such as whether you're wearing glasses or other distinctive characteristics.

  The photos are versatile and can be used anywhere you need a professional image of yourself. They're perfect for professional profile pictures (LinkedIn, company websites), social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), or personal branding.
